Product availability....can't find it often.
Sam's Club sells buckets of Snuggle Pods and it has been out of stock for months. It is a great price and an awesome product. Please get some more in and keep it on order.

Question about exhilarations fab softener.
Make sure ALL products are available to customers get after walmart to stock all products not just one thing, your fabric softener exhlations hibiscus and rain flower has not been available for over a year it is my favorite and many other people's but walmart only pushes tide products on people I don't like tide and downy just my snuggle! To contact y'all to solve the problem!

I purchased the 50oz Snuggle Exhilarations Lavender and Vanilla Orchid fabric conditioner. I went to use it the other day when washing my drapes and the liquid was as thick as peanut butter.
I thought I was doing something wrong. I tried to shake the bottle but no good. I squeezed a bit into the cup of my washer and let it run through its normal cycle. When I opened the washer door, I didn't smell the Snuggle.
I opened the cup and it was still sitting in there. I had to remove the cup and run it under hot water for quite a while for it to be removed.
Can you explain the issue? Thank you.

Unsatisfied with Snoggel exhilaration pods
I wash mostly in cold water and the pods do not completely dissolve and have stuck to my clothing etc,
I'm not looking for a refund but thought you should know you have a very unsatisfied customer

There's black mold in my fabric softener and it’s has turned watery
I went to poor some in my laundry when I seen a big black chunk go into the cap , even though it was watered down looking I thought it will work But I strained in with a coffee filter tones of black mold and some discolored pale yellowing colored thick church to assure its the stages of turning to black mold

Detergent was extremely think
Fabric softener clogged my washers fabric softener dispenser due to its thickness. I have never had any issues with this fabric softener until this recent bottle.
It is normally a normal liquid consistency.
What I purchased was gooey and think. Not acceptable.

Bottle wont open

Totally dissatisfied
I washed a load of light colors and used snuggle blue sparkle on the rinse cycle. I could not get out the blue hue all over the clothes.
Ive washed them twice and still cannot get that color off the clothes. All the rep offered me for a load of clothes now with a blue hue was two coupons for snuggle products
